The Master of Laws Program in Financial and Taxation Laws Program was recently established in the 2019 academic year.  One of the objectives of this program is to support current problems regarding economic law occurring in Thailand. Especially, problems concerning taxation, financial, and security law.

Secondly, the program aims to produce a master’s degree graduate specializing in economic law concerning taxation, financial, and security to use those knowledge and legal economic principles in their professions correctly which is advantageous for the society and nation. This program offers 2 types of plans of expertise: taxation, financial, and security law and offers 2 types of schooling plans (consisting of plan “a” & plan “b”) of study. The Students must choose which category and plan to study when enrolled in the program. The Master of Laws Program in Financial and Taxation Laws Program is a two-semester system. Targeting in receiving 74 students per academic year, in both 2 plans of study the duration of studies is within 2 years, but no sooner than 4 academic years. Besides, this  program for both thesis and individual plan study is limited to financial and tax law only
