Experiential Learning Highlight — Public Law Seminar: Issues in Business and Technology

Our third year LLBel students recently joined a hands-on simulation of a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) to develop a Smart City in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
In this intensive workshop, students stepped into the roles of legal advisors from across multiple sectors: government agencies, Thai and international private companies, and leading commercial banks. Working in teams, they conducted in-depth legal research, prepared strategic recommendations, and presented their findings to faculty members and a panel of top-tier experts.
