The Bachelor of Laws, experiential learning in Business and Tech Law (LLBel) program extends its appreciation to distinguished experts who will join our third-year students this month for real-world learning sessions.
These sessions, on November 8th and 15th, will feature a simulation of a public–private partnership (PPP) project for the development of a Smart City in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
Students will take on the roles of legal advisors representing sectors such as government agencies, domestic and international private companies, and commercial banks. After conducting research and analysis, they will present their findings and recommendations to instructors and experts with extensive experience in the field.
This simulation is part of a required course, “Public Law Seminar: Issues in Business and Technology,” co-taught by Assistant Professor Dr. Piti Eiamchamroonlarp and Assistant Professor Dr. Voraphol Malsukhum.
The LLBel Program reimagines legal education through experiential learning. Students participate in legal skills labs and externships with leading law firms. Hands-on courses incorporate project-based hackathons, mock case simulations, and other interactive learning experiences that bridge theory and practice.
