เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้จัดงาน ฬ.จุฬาฯ Book Launch เปิดตัวหนังสือ

“Thai Administrative Law: Essential Elements”

✍️ เขียนโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรพล มาลสุขุม อาจารย์ประจำคณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

📚 ซึ่งเป็นหนังสือเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายปกครองไทยเล่มแรกของโลกที่เขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ตีพิมพ์กับสำนักพิมพ์ที่มีชื่อเสียงและได้รับการยอมรับระดับนานาชาติอย่าง LexisNexis

โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปราโมทย์ เสริมศีลธรรม รองคณบดี กล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดงาน พร้อมกันนี้ยังได้มีการเสวนาทางวิชาการ

On Friday, 20 February 2026, the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University hosted the Law Chula Book Launch for:

📚 Thai Administrative Law: Essential Elements

Written by Assistant Professor Dr. Voraphol Malsukhum

This is the first English-language textbook dedicated to Thai administrative law.

Released by LexisNexis, this book is designed for law students, legal practitioners, researchers, and anyone engaging with Thai public law in an English-speaking context.

The event opened with remarks by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pramote Sermsilatham, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law.

The discussion brought together academic and professional perspectives and considered how Thai administrative law is responding to ongoing economic and social change.
